Refund Policy

This policy sets out cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms for Catalina Within services provided online or in person.

Effective date: February 22, 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies to all service bookings made through the website, email, or other approved scheduling channels.

2. Cancellation and rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule without an additional fee when requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.

For requests made less than 24 hours before the session, all or part of the paid fee may be retained based on costs and time already allocated.

3. EU/Romania consumer withdrawal right

For distance contracts with EU consumers (including Romania), a 14-day statutory withdrawal right generally applies from the date the service contract is concluded.

4. When withdrawal rights end

If you expressly requested service performance during the withdrawal period and acknowledged that the right is lost after full performance, the withdrawal right ends once the service is fully performed.

If service performance began at your request during the withdrawal period and you withdraw before full completion, a proportionate amount may be due for services already delivered.

5. Non-refundable cases

The following are typically non-refundable:

  • Sessions that have already been fully delivered.
  • No-show appointments without timely cancellation notice.
  • Services started at the customer’s express request under the withdrawal exceptions above.

6. Late arrival and no-show

If you arrive late, session time may be shortened to protect later bookings, without a price reduction.

If you do not attend without notice, the session may be treated as delivered and non-refundable.

7. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method unless law or explicit agreement allows otherwise.

Normal processing time is up to 14 days after refund approval confirmation.

8. U.S. customer notice

In the United States, there is no universal federal cooling-off right for most online service purchases. This policy applies subject to mandatory federal and state law.

If your state law grants additional cancellation or refund rights, those rights prevail.

9. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can try to resolve the issue directly and promptly.

In the event of a formal dispute, relevant contractual and operational records may be provided to the payment processor.
