2. Nature of services

Services are wellness, educational, and lifestyle-support services.

Information and recommendations on this website or in sessions are not medical diagnosis or treatment and do not replace licensed medical care. For medical concerns, contact a qualified physician.

3. Eligibility and bookings

You may book services only if you have legal capacity to enter into contracts.

A service contract is formed when your booking and payment (where required) are confirmed.

Before checkout, you are provided key pre-contract information (service characteristics, pricing, and withdrawal rights) in line with applicable EU and Romanian distance-contract rules.

4. Pricing, payments, and taxes

Displayed prices are the prices in force at the time of booking, except for obvious errors.

If tax rules require additional charges for certain jurisdictions, those amounts may be added as required by law.

5. Withdrawal rights for EU/Romanian consumers

If you are an EU consumer (including Romania) contracting at a distance, you generally have a 14-day withdrawal right from the date the service contract is concluded.

If you expressly request service performance during that withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose withdrawal rights once the service is fully performed, the withdrawal right ends upon full performance.

If mandatory withdrawal information is not properly provided, the legal withdrawal window may be extended under applicable law.

6. Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds

Operational rules on cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

Website content (text, visuals, logos, digital materials) is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, publish, or commercially use that content without prior written permission from the rights holder.

8. Acceptable website use

You must not use the website in any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or security-compromising manner.

You must not submit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or abuse automated interactions with forms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, liability for indirect, special, or consequential damages is excluded.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Governing law and mandatory rights

These terms are governed by Romanian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply in your jurisdiction.

If you are an EU consumer, you also benefit from mandatory protections in your country of habitual residence.

If you are a U.S. consumer, your mandatory rights under applicable federal and state consumer-protection laws remain in force.

We may update these terms from time to time for legal, operational, or business reasons.

The version published on this website, with its updated effective date, applies to bookings made after publication.
